**Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:

- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Protokollierung von regelmäßigen und ad-hoc Sitzungen des Entscheidungsgremiums von Fonds
- und Gesellschaftsstrukturen
- Vorbereitung von ordentlichen und außerordentlichen Investorenversammlungen der Fonds/Gesellschaften
- Erstellung von Beschlussentwürfen auf Ebene des jeweiligen Entscheidungsgremiums oder der Investoren
- Pflege der Gesellschafts
- bzw. Fondsakten (physisch und digital)
- Vorbereitung von Aktualisierungen betreffend Handels
- und Transparenzregister
- Koordination von wichtigen Verträgen und Gesellschafts
- sowie Fondsdokumentation
- Hilfe bei Archivierung und genereller Büroorganisation sowie Ablage
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Koordination von Kunden
- sowie Investorenanfragen
- Kooperation bei der Analyse von Gesellschafts
- bzw. Fondsstrukturen anhand der rechtlichen Dokumentation
- Vorbereitung und Koordination von KYC/AML-Unterlagen

**Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen**:

- Wirtschaftswissenschaftlich oder rechtlich ausgerichtetes Studium (bestenfalls im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Steuern, Rechnungswesen, Rechtswissenschaften, Finanzen)
- Erste Berufserfahrung durch Praktika, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und Buchhaltungskenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Organisationstalent sowie verbindliche und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Interesse am Finanzplatz Luxemburg bzw. an luxemburgischen Investmentfonds
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Word und Excel
- Deutschsprachig, gute Englischkenntnisse im Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist
