**JOB DESCRIPTION**
JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S.à r.l. (“JPMAME”) delegated certain Transfer Agency Administrative activities such as processing of transactions, set-up\maintenance of the register for Investor details, settlement/reconciliation of payments, execution of corporate actions and processing of Trailer fee calculations.

The accountability of JPMAME in its capacity as Transfer Agent remains unchanged by this delegation and the TA Service Delivery Team is responsible for oversight of the services and managing the relationship with the appointed TPA and any vendors associated TA services.

The TA Service Delivery function provides a point of escalation for service-related issues in general and acts as a point of contact for both the TPA and internal AM teams regarding TA activities.

**Role Summary**

As Service Delivery Associate, you will be working with an established team to support the oversight of our delegated services to our Transfer Agencies. With your knowledge of the Transfer Agencies services life cycle, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication, problem solving, partnership with internal & external stakeholders, that will benefit our investor and the Asset Management business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the team complete projects that in turn help supports Day to day
- Review of contractual agreements and documentation linked to investor of the funds with attention to details and identify key data points for Analysing
- Escalation to management of any issues identified
- Work independently and ongoing communication
- Partnership with Global Internal business units

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- A high level of Transfer Agencies operational services
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal awareness,
- Ability to easily build strong relationships internally/externally
- Positive attitude to change and high risk/controls mindset
- Have the competence to learn and pick up work quickly
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management
- Fluent in English, any other European language would be beneficial

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Experience Analysis skill set
- Transfer Agent services knowledge
