**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Are you looking for a 6 month internship starting in September ?

Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry. We are seeking someone to offer assistance and support to our Facility Management Security Team, with a specific focus on the architecture and development of a new database for the "Authorization to Work" process. No previous Software development experience needed.

Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

- Create a process design, and the architecture of the new database “Authorization to Work" (ATW);
- Integrate the new tool in the SES Global Physical security policy;
- Provide training and support to SES users on the proper use of the database, including the creation of several short videos to explain the Facility Management (FM) main tools;
- Improve, update, and harmonize the FM Global webpages on the company's intranet;
- Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks including data entry, editing reports, and other materials;
- Advertise our Digital Signage infrastructure together with Internal Communications to other departments;
- Generate reports and analytics to track trends and identify areas for improvement.

**YOUR PROFILE**

**1. You must have**
- Student of Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field;
- Strong technical skills in database design, development and maintenance;
- Computer literacy (Main MS Office apps, proficiency in database management software such as ‘ServiceNow’ is considered an advantage);- Fluency in spoken and written English, with additional languages considered an asset;- Able to work in Luxembourg (EU-citizenship or valid work permit for Luxembourg).

**2. It would be nice if you had**
- Familiarity with government regulations related to authorization to work;
- Knowledge of database security protocols and best practices;
- Keen interest in the Facility Management process;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
