**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Monitoring & Digital Systems Engineering team, growing organisation within a dynamic industry.

Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, you will contribute to developing a web service UI to interface with the RTMA metadata analyser and suggest and implement a REST interface for M2M interfacing with the analyser measurement data.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**- Work together with the MDS-GOE team to understand the DVB RTMA (Real Time Metadata Analyser) capabilities and functionality and its architecture.- Program a web UI to interface with the analyser on most used functions- Suggest and program a M2M REST interface for north-bound communication with the SES data landscape

**YOUR PROFILE**

**1.You must have**- Current student in Telecommunications, Media Technology or Information- Technology or in a relevant area.- Strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access).- Programming skills in modern languages, SQL, Python, HTML and PHP an asset.- Fluency in spoken and written English- Able to work in Luxembourg (EU-citizenship or valid work permit for Luxembourg).

**2. It would be nice if you had**
- Knowledge of Media / Video standards, DVB-S an advantage- Knowledge of relational databases and REST interface technology- Strong interest in the global technology, media, and telecom business and satellite communications in particular- Additional languages considered an asse
