Dans l’optique d’une création de poste, notre partenaire, une fiduciaire, recherche activement un Corporate Officer motivé.
Située à l’ouest du Grand-Duché, à grande proximité de la frontière belge, cette fiduciaire active depuis près de deux décennies à su assoir une part de marché solide. Elle attire aujourd’hui une clientèle principalement composée de SOPARFI, Fonds d’investissement et SPV. En proposant une gamme de services financiers étendue tout autant que pointue, cette fiduciaire a acquis une réputation d’acteur particulièrement méticuleux dans son secteur d’activité.
L’équipe dynamique de la structure a su maintenir une culture ouverte et bienveillante, grâce au management stable qui met l’accent sur la convivialité. Vos responsabilités | Corporate Officer - Fiduciaire - Legal - Corporate
Vous gérez de la constitution à la dissolution un portefeuille d’entités essentiellement composé de SOPARFI et Fonds d’investissement divers et ce de manière quasi-autonome.
Vous gérez entre autres la modification d’actionnaires, le changement de siège social, ainsi que les dépôts au Registre du Commerce.
Vous produisez/rédigez des documents légaux relatifs aux instructions journalières de vos clients.
Vous servez de ponceaux entre les administrations concernées, banques, juristes, équipe compliance, etcetera.
Vous veillez à informer proactivement vos clients sur l’avancé des dossiers afin de les fidéliser.
Profil et parcours | Corporate Officer - Fiduciaire - Legal - Corporate
Vous avez acquis au minimum deux années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire au sein d’une fiduciaire, ManCo ou d’une PSF au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
L’obtention d’un bachelier (licence) en droit est considéré comme avantageux mais non disqualifiant.
Vous êtes confiant et de nature à facilement vous intégrer au sein d’un nouvel environnement professionnel.
En complément d’une bonne maîtrise du français, vous possédez un niveau en anglais suffisant pour échanger avec vos clients.
