Pour son développement, le Proxy Bettembourg est à la recherche d’un(e):

- Team Leader Frais
- Team Leader Alimentation

En tant que Team Leader du rayon Frais ou du rayon Alimentation, vous aurez notamment:
**Des responsabilités en termes de gestion d’équipe**:

- En collaboration avec le gérant, coacher et stimuler une équipe.
- Atteindre, avec votre équipe, les objectifs fixés par le gérant.

**Des responsabilités en termes de gestion commerciale & opérationnelle**:

- Gérer et coordonner la dynamique commerciale du département, en phase avec la stratégie commerciale du magasin.
- Assurer une bonne présentation et une bonne organisation du département (propreté, contrôles fraîcheur, respect des méthodes de travail & bonne utilisation des fournitures et du matériel).
- Coordonner et superviser la réalisation de toutes les activités dans le respect des procédures.
- Gérer, coordonner et optimiser les (pré-)commandes des produits ainsi qu’une bonne gestion des stocks.

**Des responsabilités en termes de gestion des résultats**:

- Contribuer à une partie des résultats financiers (CA, pertes & casse, inventaires, etc.) et en assumer la responsabilité pour son département.
- Garantir les résultats non-financiers du département : satisfaction client, HACCP, absentéisme, etc. et en assumer la responsabilité pour son département.

Votre profil:

- Vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie en tant que manager de rayon.
- Les chiffres ne vous font pas peur.
- Vous êtes entreprenant(e), déterminé(e) et enthousiaste et faites toujours du client votre priorité.
- Vous faites preuve d’un grand sens commercial et êtes passionné(e) par notre métier.
- Grâce à vos compétences de leadership, vous osez prendre des initiatives et guider votre équipe.
