**Missions**:
**Basé(e) à Luxembourg et rattaché(e) au service Operational Services Business Development (OSBD), vous participez activement au développement du Hub Client Data Europe (regroupant actuellement les activités Client Data des entités luxembourgeoises, belges, espagnoles et italiennes) ainsi qu’à la coordination des travaux de la ligne Métier Client Data.**

**Vos missions ont pour but d'assurer la bonne gestion dans le temps et l'optimisation des processus de la vie des comptes (onboarding, revues périodiques, modifications en cours de vie et clôtures) et du suivi de la qualité du Hub de service basé à Luxembourg**

**Cette coordination s'effectue dans une optique transverse et harmonisée des processus touchant la donnée client (depuis la collecte par les équipes Front Office, puis l'analyse par les équipes Client Data et les contrôles par les équipes Compliance).**

**Plus en détails vous**:

- Participez au projet groupe IWM « Nouvelles Frontières » qui vise à l'efficacité des processus de gestion de la vie des comptes.
- Coordonnez, les différentes phases du processus de la vie des comptes (onboarding, revues périodiques, modifications en cours de vie et clôtures) entre les différents Métiers d'Indosuez Europe (Front Office / Client Data / Compliance). dans la recherche de l’efficacité opérationnelle,
- Animez des groupes de travail, et comités de la ligne Métier Client Data
- Tenez à jour la documentation des processus (guide d'utilisation, instruction de travail...)
- Mettez en œuvre et suivez la qualité des référentiels ainsi que des KPI des entités Europe gérées par le Hub Client Data Europe et des autres entités IWM

**Formation / Spécialisation**:
Formation BAC+5 en Finance, Economie ou Ecole de Commerce

**Niveau d'expérience minimum**:
3 - 5 ans

**Expérience**:

- Minimum 3 ans en conduite et gestion de projets avec une orientation Compliance / KYC dans le secteur bancaire
- Vous disposez idéalement de connaissance en processus KYC
- Appétences en gestion de données, traitements sur les données et automatisation de tâches et de processus
- Vous connaissez Suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), VBA serait un plus
- Vous êtes orienté client (interne et externe) avec un sens de service tout en cherchant à garantir l’alignement de nos processus. Vous êtes force de proposition pour notamment proposer des solutions alternatives
- Vous parlez français et anglais couramment tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
