SME Sales Advisor
(M/F) Full time Temporary
At Leudelange - Luxembourg
**Job Description**:
At LeasePlan Luxemburg, we are searching for a skilled sales specialist to join our SME team. The SME sales advisor manages the day to day handling of drivers requests by phone and mail in accordance with our procedures. The advisor guarantees the resolution and follow-up of customer issues in relation with other departments and makes proactive calls to drivers to propose our services.
Objectives of this Role
- Detecting and determining the potential need of the prospect/customer and responding in an appropriate manner
- Convince potential customers, via incoming calls, of the added value of our existing SME products and services
- Creating and following up quotes
- Proactively following up upcoming innovations at existing customers and converting them into orders
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Develop client contact with clients upon the signed offer in NOLS
- Create SEPA direct debt mandates
- Create contact for invoice management
- Ask to put the conditions in the contract if necessary
- Ensure that the customer account is properly set up
- Creation of the contract checklist
- Submit the contract edition request to LPSC with all the elements to be filled in
- As far as the end of contracts is concerned:
- OVK: ask Driver Sales to send a buy-back package to the customer/driver/other.
- Launch of end-of-contract buyback file for Finance Plans
- TOA: sending of breakage fees or early redemption prices to clients. Validation with Driver Sales of vehicle sales to dealers
- Request DSA to Collection when required
Profile
- You have a higher degree (BAC + 2 at least)
- Being customer satisfaction oriented is the most important aspect
- You are a team player with a positive attitude
- Languages mandatory French and English
- Experience in a customer service would be an asset
- You have already had relevant commercial experience and are strong in communication via telephone.
- You are an active listener and communicative and proactive person
- You are someone who is customer-centric and loves to close a deal, based on the needs of the customer
- You work efficiently and you are strong in administration
- You have an Interest in the automotive world
- You think along with the prospect/customer and the internal working methods (out-of-the-box thinking)
- You work accurately and are stress-resistant
