**Description du poste**
Travailler chez mpleo en tant que HR Consultant, c’est:

- s’occuper de l’implémentation d’un projet de digitalisation RH de A à Z:

- gestion et coordination des projets.
- analyse des processus RH.
- configuration et adaptation des solutions conseillées.
- préparer des rapports sur mesure.
- faire partie d’une équipe.
- pratiquer le français et l’anglais au quotidien avec les clients.
- se déplacer régulièrement chez les clients.

Chez mpleo, nous prenons le temps pour l’essentiel : échanger nos « best practices » et notre savoir. L’interaction entre les consultants et l’équipe de support est forte.

**Qualifications**
Mais en fait, qui est notre futur collègue HR Consultant ?

Diplômé, peu importe qu’il soit bachelier ou en possession d’un master, notre futur collègue a une passion combinée pour les ressources humaines, la digitalisation et l’implémentation de softwares.

Il a déjà une première expérience professionnelle probante en RH. Si celle-ci est dans l’implémentation de softwares, c’est un réel atout.

Afin de pouvoir gérer un portefeuille de clients internationaux, il parle couramment le français et l’anglais.

Capable de travailler seul ou en équipe, notre futur HR Consultant est un excellent communicateur.

Il est également doté d’un fort esprit analytique, d’une soif d’apprendre et d’une grande capacité d’adaptation.

Méthodique, orienté résultats et pointilleux, les challenges et la diversité des tâches sont son moteur au quotidien.
