Do you know that lux-Airport is the operating company of Luxembourg airport, providing direct flight services to 89 destinations and employing 350 people?
In 2021 and despite the health crisis, we welcomed 1.4 million passengers (compared to 4.4 million passengers in 2019) and we have the ambition to increase this number and continue to develop our activities
In order to achieve this objective and as part of the development of the Safety & Compliance department, we are looking to hire immediately an **:Aerodrome Safety Analyst (M/F/d).**
**Responsibilities**:
**_ What you will be doing :_**
- Analysing and investigating complex Safety Occurrence Reports.
- Proactively creating, developing and implementing safety communication (safety campaigns, safety flashes, new developments).
- Supporting departments in the conduct of safety assessments and implementation; definition of safety related mitigation measures.
- Actively participating in the development and implementation of action plans/projects to reduce the highest safety risks.
- Working closely with the Safety Manager on safety assessments for major airside works.
- Verifying and ensuring the completeness and compliance of documentation, that all safety aspects have been taken into account and advising the various stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing actions arising from the FOD control programme.
- Supporting the Safety Manager in aerodrome emergency management committees and the preparation of emergency exercises. Also provide expert advice based on observations and results of exercises on the level of safety management.
- Replacing the Safety Manager in case of absence.
- Participating in the integration of new employees.
**Must-have requirements**:

**Education / training**:
- Postgraduate degree (Bac +3) or relevant experience in a similar position
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in a similar role
- Real-time experience in the quality and/or safety domain is preferred
**Languages**:
- English: fluent in speaking and writing
- French and/or German: operational level in the profession
**Knowledge and skills required**:
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and dashboards
- Knowledge of quality and/or safety standards
