The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.

To continue to meet our commitments and develop other projects, we are currently recruiting**: a Maintenance Coordinator - Maintenance Department.**

The aim of this recruitment is to strengthen the existing team. The Maintenance Coordinator will also contribute, day after day, to the continuation and the development of the department.

You will report to the Head Of Maintenance.

**Your responsibilities**:
**Your daily tasks**
- Monitoring and controlling the cleaning services provided on the site, to continuously improve the quality of services and optimising resources
- Monitoring non-technical services such as green spaces, pest control, snow clearance, etc.
- Monitoring technological developments in the above-mentioned areas
- Drawing up specifications, issuing invitations to tender and overseeing worksites / the implementation of services
- Participating in the implementation of Health and Safety Prevention Plans, chairing meetings with subcontractors and monitoring them
- Managing small projects to improve maintenance and renovate equipment or buildings

**Your other missions**
- Developing and improving the CMMS tool (computerized maintenance management system's tool)
- Acting as the guarantor of compliance with deadlines, procedures and safety rules
- Participating in the integration of new employees.

**The required profile**:
**Studies / training**:
Higher education diploma (Bac + 2) or equivalent experience

**Experience**:
5 years' experience in the management/control of cleaning activities, including drafting specifications and health & safety prevention plans

**Skills and knowledge required**:

Microsoft Office Suite
