You will be leading a team of content marketers for EU Prime, responsible for innovating, developing and executing content experimentation initiatives, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as making recommendations on marketing plans to drive Prime acquisition, engagement and retention. You are the ultimate gatekeeper of the onsite experience of our Prime customers in EU. Excited to help Prime become the most loved membership program?
Key job responsibilities
In this role, on top of managing the team and developing talent, your responsibilities will include (1) setting the vision for Content Experimentation and Marketing for Prime at EU level, (2) collaborating with WW partner teams to launch new features and products for our customers, (3) collaborating with WW Tech teams on developing tooling and technologies for automating and scaling marketing solutions, and (4) managing stakeholders both in EU and WW Prime.
Experience in team management, marketing or product is highly desired, with a propensity for technical knowledge to easily navigate the complexities of marketing tooling and long-term challenges of the org. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and leadership. This position offers an exciting introduction to marketing at one of the leading global technology companies.
A day in the life
You’ll be providing guidance for content marketers to execute and prioritize the day-to-day efficiently to deliver results and improve our customers experience, while in parallel you will be required to collaborate with product and tech teams to establish the long-term vision for the org, developing solutions to remove bottle-necks and manual pain points.
You will be presenting both the day-to-day learnings and results, and the long-term solutions in relevant leadership-facing forums, by owning or collaborating on business review documents.
You will be responsible for conducting pan-EU prioritization decisions for both marketing and engineering activities, by analyzing inputs including estimated business impact, customer facing experience, legal landscape and effort required per activity. The objective is to drive Prime membership growth, while delighting our customers.
As team manager, you will also be expected to develop talent and provide growth opportunities for the members of the team.
