Join a renowned company based in Luxembourg as an experienced Payroll Senior. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who can deliver exceptional customer service, improve existing processes, and master the technical aspects of payroll, employee benefits, and labor legislation._

**_ Payroll senior _**_-_**_Your role_**_:_**
- _ _Set up and manage payroll files in compliance with Luxembourg and foreign legislations._
- _ Advise clients on social security matters, tax declarations, and assist with payroll and HR-Admin queries. _
- _Train and supervise team members on calculation software and legislative aspects. _
- _Liaise with Luxembourg authorities such as CCSS, CNS, ITM, etc. _
- _Manage daily activities of the payroll team, ensuring operational and compliance commitments are met._
**_ Payroll senior _**_-_**_Your profile_**_:_**
- _ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources._
- _ 1 to 7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fiduciary._
- _ Proficiency in payroll software._
- _ Fluent in French and English (knowledge of German is a plus)._
- _ Expert knowledge of Luxembourg social and tax legislation._
- _ Expert knowledge of international payroll and personal taxation._
- _ Ability to manage a team and provide internal and external training._
- _ Customer-oriented with commercial development skills._
