Entrusted responsabilities

As part of a strategic project, we are seeking a **Business Analyst with Product Owner skills** (M/F) to join a team dedicated to the management and evolution of the Maestro project management tool. Based in Luxembourg, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, from requirement analysis to solution implementation, with a strong focus on functional testing.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear and structured specifications.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to prioritize functionalities.
- Draft and maintain test cases to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Perform functional testing, non-regression testing, and ensure the delivered solutions meet expected standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools related to Maestro.
- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI, when necessary, to support decision-making.

**Profile Sought**:

- ** Education**: Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 2 to 3 years in a similar role (Business Analyst or Product Owner).
- ** Technical and Functional Skills**:

- Knowledge of the Maestro project management tool (or ability to learn quickly).
- Experience in functional testing, drafting test cases, and non-regression testing.
- Ideally, proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- No SQL knowledge required.
- ** Languages**: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- ** Personal Attributes**:

- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Collaborative mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and a rigorous approach to project follow-up.
