CONTEXTE
Rattaché à l'équipe Business & Stratégie, vous participez aux actions business et recrutements. Le Business Developer est responsable de comptes à forts enjeux et détient ainsi une vision globale pour la prospection et la fidélisation des clients.
Véritable ambassadeur, vous incarnez les valeurs d'Actimage auprès des clients et partenaires, vous participez activement à la croissance de notre société.
- Le site au nord de Luxembourg ville est facilement accessible par les transports en commun (train, bus) et des stationnements sont disponibles dans la rue. Les locaux récemment rénovés dans un pavillon typique offrent un espace de travail à la fois chargé d'histoire et au design moderne et aéré.

MISSIONS
En tant que Business Developer, vous participerez au développement du portefeuille d'Actimage. Vous aurez notamment pour mission de:
- Contribuer à la réflexion stratégique et à l'orientation commerciale de votre équipe ;
- Assurer le développement et le suivi des clients selon une approche orientée résultat (KPI, P&L) ;
- Développer les comptes actuels et à venir, vous créez une relation de confiance essentielle à la fidélisation de notre écosystème ;
- Contribuer à une veille continue et partagée sur les sujets innovants (notamment dans le cadre de l'Actimage Academy) et ainsi rester au cœur des enjeux de nos métiers ;
- Recueillir les besoins auprès des clients et en faire l'analyse pour proposer la meilleure solution (avec objectif que le projet soit respecté en terme budget-qualité-délai) ;
- Contribuer à l'élaboration des propositions commerciales ;
- En équipe, soutenir, démontrer et argumenter l'offre proposée au client : convaincre
- Participer activement au recrutement des profils qui ont vocation à rejoindre les équipes ;
- Reporter à votre hiérarchie.
**CANDIDAT RECHERCHÉ : VOUS **
Vous avez suivi une formation d'excellence (BAC +5), mais au-delà du diplôme obtenu vous avez une forte appétence pour le Business dans le domaine du digital et pour la conception d'offres commerciales de haut niveau:
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ;
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies (web/digital/objets connectés/IA/ML) ;
- Vous avez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles ;
- Vous construisez une relation de confiance avec les équipes, les prospects, clients et partenaires ;
- Vous êtes inventif, proactif, curieux, force de proposition et orienté résultat.
- Au-delà des compétences, nous recherchons une personnalité curieuse ayant le goût de l'engagement
