**We are looking for**:
**Construction Site Manager / Responsable de chantier (de bois) (M/F/d) in Foetz (L)**:
On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Foetz (L) we are looking for a Construction Site Manager / "Responsable de chantier" (M/F/d). Your mission is the installation of sustainable wood elements on the Luxembourg construction site.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

Our client is an innovative startup for the highly automated manufacturing of sustainable, forward-thinking and environmentally friendly solutions for the construction industry.

**Your tasks**:

- Monitoring and defining installation standards
- Ensure daily reporting to the Head of Production
- Creating and maintaining work instructions, control sheets, weekly reports
- Represent the company at site meetings and/or acceptance meetings
- Manage the logístical aspect (supplies, ordering lifting equipment, etc.)
- Ensuring that safety and hygiene procedures are properly applied
- Managing the installation teams
- In the medium and long term, training and supervision of external installation partners
- Work with the Project Manager on the provisional schedules
- Monitor and analyse performance indicators (quality, installation time, delivery times, etc.)
- Ensure the good condition of the machine fleet
- Manage waste management to provide a clean and safe working environment for installation teams
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to avoid delays on site

**Your profile**:

- Degree in civil engineering; ideally with focus on timber construction
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction site management or similar role
- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, motivated and committed
- Managerial ability
- Able to energise a work team and with good interpersonal skills enabling good collaboration between internal and external work teams
- Sensitivity to continuous improvement
- Fluency in French is mandatory. Good knowledge of German or English is an asset
