Project Manager

**We are looking for**:
**Project Manager (M/F/d) - Construction in Foetz (L)**:
On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Foetz (L) we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F/d). Your mission is to manage construction projects (timber construction) in the execution phase.

You will be in charge of customer relations, planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including the selection of partner companies and collaboration with external architects and design offices.
You will also be involved in the design process with the in-house design office, and work collaboratively with the sales team, the manufacturing manager and the site manager.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

**Your tasks**:

- Manage the execution schedule and ensure that deadlines are met
- Coordinate the preliminary estimates and ensure compliance with the specifications
- Be the technical contact person for the client
- Coordinate the work of several construction projects, in collaboration with the site manager
- Anticipate and solve problems arising during the execution of the work in collaboration with the site manager
- Lead site meetings
- Organise the necessary periodic reports and maintain good communication with the project owner and the various internal teams
- Ensure the financial follow-up of the project with control of supplier invoices, budget reporting to the project owner, etc.
- Ensure good relations with the project's clients and effective communication with all parties involved

**Your profile**:

- Degree in civil engineering or architecture, ideally with focus on timber construction
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction or real estate project management
- Knowledge of the construction and real estate market in Luxembourg
- Able to define the objectives of a project and to implement the necessary means to achieve them
- Ability to analyse and fast decision-making
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently, motivated and committed
- Ability to energise a work team with good interpersonal skills enabling good collaboration with internal and external work teams
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory. German is a real asset
