Validation Test Technician

To support our team located in Bascharage, Luxembourg we are currently looking for: Validation Test Technician

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble test and validation equipment’s.

Execute validation test setup and test follow-up.

Support equipment planning, calibration, maintenance.

Follow and improve safety rules.

Will be part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined validation team working on projects involving multiple locations.

Specific description:
Build / assemble specific validation test racks and associated equipment’s.

Responsible for validation test setup and test execution.

Utilize and maintain automated monitoring system to guarantee in specifications test execution as well as peripheral systems to operate Part under test (load racks, harnesses, chillers, HV racks )

Follow equipment calibration and preventive / reactive maintenance programs as laboratory representative.

Responsible for test raw data.

Be involved in continuous improvement and maintenance of the validation test equipment.

Essential requirements:
Minimum Professional Baccalaureate diploma in Electrical/Electronic. Bac +1/+2.

Familiarity with test equipment: i.e. Climatic chamber, DMM, Power Supply, oscilloscopes, generators, and etc.

Proven ability by professional experience to execute electrical rack cabling works.

Proven knowledge in industrial Electrical standards.

Experience with basic circuit design.

Good communication skills are essential.

Fluency in English. French or German would be an advantage.
