- Accompany a group of customers by being their privileged contact.
- Ensure that the certification process runs smoothly.
- Forward relevant documents to the operator in collaboration with the administrative officer.
- Play a commercial role by fostering a positive relationship with customers.
**Profile**:
**To be successful in this role you must**:
- Have a high school diploma or professional experience in customer service.
- Have professional oral and written communication skills in English and French.
- Be familiar with the standards and guidelines in force in our field.
- Be familiar with Office Suite and Customer Portal software.
