Institutional Relations Officer (W/M) - Interim
- For an international organization, we are currently looking for an Institutional Relations Officer (W/M) in the framework of a temporary contact._
**Tasks**:

- Co-ordinate and organise attendance of representatives to external policy meetings and events, in particular the IMF Annual and Spring Meetings. This includes coordinating and contributing to policy briefings, organising the agenda for delegates, event registrations as well as logistics coordination.
- Contribute to work streams and meeting preparations in the context of the cooperation with regional financing arrangements, including the annual high-level dialogue and regular research seminars both from the organisational and content perspective.
- Liaise with other international financial institutions to facilitate the organisation of joint meetings and events and prepare briefings to facilitate these meetings.
- Manage the institutional Memorandums of Understanding with strategic partners.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a relationship-management tool to record partnership engagements.
- Research and prepare policy notes and briefings outlining the stance of the company and/or the regional financing arrangements on specific topics.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with other divisions (e.g. Corporate Governance and Internal Policies, Communications, Investor Relations and MD Office) to facilitate information sharing on external representation.
- Identify and propose opportunities to increase institutional outreach.

**Profile**:

- Graduated at Master level, preferably in economics or international relations;
- Working experience in a European institution or an international organisation in a role related to institutional relations, protocol and/or event management, would be an asset;
- Excellent oral and written English skills;
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks.
