We currently have an exciting opportunity for a TA Administrator - Institutional Client Services to join our team in Luxembourg.

The role reports into the Manager within the within a team of people supporting the needs of the clients’ portfolios.

Administer a client portfolio under the supervision of the assistant manager / line manager.

Demonstrate a clear understanding of each clients’ portfolio including risk awareness, relationship.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:
Client portfolio:

- Day-to-day management of investors transactions: subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commitments, capital calls, transfers, switches(including preparation and review of transaction calculations);
- Preparation and delivery of monthly/quarterly investor capital account statements (including preparation and review of NAV allocations for investor capital account statements);
- Preparation and delivery of regulatory reporting, TA KPIs, including audit requests;
- Input of deals received from investors timely and accurately to the TA system in line with departmental procedures;
- Escalating any deviations when applicable in a timely manner;
- Processing payments, cashflow monitoring, reconciliation of operations and share register maintenance;
- Ensuring a professional, timely response and processing of client/investor queries and instructions, building and managing client and investor relationships;
- Coordination with internal departments: accounting, aml, corporate, legal, compliance;
- Coordination with third parties: clients, advisors, investors, auditors, intermediaries, banks;
- Ensuring policies, procedures and checklists are always adhered to in accordance with standards;
- Actively participating or being responsible for specific operational or regulatory projects;
- Review and gain understanding of the various fund legal and corporate documents.

Team working:

- Assist with the management and training of junior members of the team.

Policies and procedures:

- Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation;
- Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures;
- Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours;
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a Fiduciary Company or equivalent
- Knowledge of the fund industry would be an advantage
- Experience in alternative investment funds in Luxembourg (PE, RE, open/closed ended funds)
- Strong business ethic and a distinctive passion in servicing clients
- Drive and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining close attention to details
- Ability to work with manual and automatic systems or software
- High level of communication skills
- Excellent at planning and organizing oneself accordingly
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken), any additional language will be an asset.
