Description
Sur un marché de plus en plus concurrentiel, le Groupe Foyer reste fidèle à ses valeurs : Confiance, Excellence, Innovation, Intégrité, Indépendance. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, le Groupe Foyer est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) **Compliance Analyst (h/f)** pour son activité « Assurance Vie Individuelle et Vie Groupe ».

Votre rôle:

- Analyse des dossiers clients lors de l’entrée en relation et d’opérations sur le contrat, ainsi que la revue de dossiers existants ;
- Dans le cadre de cette analyse et revue:

- effectuer des recherches dans différentes bases de données (presse négative, sanctions financières internationales, autres listes de sanctions, personnes politiquement exposés, liste interne de pays à risque ) ;
- classer les dossiers selon leur niveau de risque ;
- formuler un avis (sur l’acceptation ou le refus du dossier) ;
- pour les dossiers à risque élevé, préparer le dossier pour le présenter en Comité d’Acceptation ;
- Effectuer des contrôles sur les dossiers traités par le back office ;
- Contribuer à la préparation de plusieurs reportings compliance, que ça soit à l’attention des dirigeant agréés, du conseil d’administration, du Commissariat aux Assurances ou de la fonction Compliance Groupe ;
- Être force de proposition pour l’amélioration des processus compliance.

Votre profil:

- Vous disposez au minimum d’un bachelor en Economie, en Droit ou en Finance ;
- Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans l’assurance (de préférence en assurance vie) ou le secteur financier ;
- Vous êtes bien organisé et consciencieux ;
- Vous possédez d’excellentes capacités de communication qui vous permettent d’interagir à tout niveau d’une organisation ;
- Vous maîtrisez couramment le français et vous comprenez l’anglais.
