**Role**
Under the guidance of the PMO section, **the Program Manager** will integrate the Cloud Readiness
Program team, and will oversee managing, supporting, and implementing the 8 Value Delivery
Streams of the Cloud Readiness Program (Program Management, Legal, Procurement,
Architecture, Service & Provider Management ); by taking into account the requirements, constraints, cloud adoption strategy and context of the BCL.
To achieve these objectives, the Program Manager will closely cooperate with the sponsoring business area(s), relevant steering bodies, and other project stakeholders.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
As “Program Manager for the Cloud Readiness Program”, you
- Interact with the business areas involved in the Value Delivery Streams (IT Services, Compliance, Procurement, Security,) to coordinate Cloud Adoption activities, disseminate and promote the cloud culture, and meet Cloud Strategy expectations.
- Coordinate, advise, support, and monitor Value Delivery Streams with the sponsoring business areas and Value Delivery Streams Coordinators.
- Work closely with stakeholders and support them from the inception phase to the delivery phase, to deliver the expected processes, guidelines, and standards.
- Ensure that Value Delivery Streams produce the agreed deliverables and expected outcomes with the required quality.
- Mitigate Value Delivery Streams related risks, oversee dependencies, and support the production of the report status to the steering bodies.
**Required Skills**:
- Good knowledge of the cloud technologies, concepts, principles, and cloud attention points to address (i.e. exit plan, cost evaluation, contract aspect, GDRP ).
- Understanding the challenges and opportunities associated with cloud-based projects, with cloud adoption process/approach and ability to address them.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, from the inception phase to the running phase.
- Knowledge and experience of the SaaS/Cloud market and of current public and hybrid cloud solutions and the underlying topics such as technologies, legal, and procurement.
- Ability to articulate and present complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner, and adjust communication to the target audience.
- Proactivity and autonomy, with a facilitator posture.
- Fluency in English and French both written and spoken are mandatory.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience project/program manager.
- Significant experience in cloud project/program management.
- Project management certification would be considered a distinct asset.
- Cloud certification would be considered as a distinct asset.
**Timing**:
- Start Date: 01/12/2023.
- Mission until 31/12/2023 and will be extended (long-term mission).
- Occupation : between 60% and 100%. To be discussed during the interview.
