- 33302Our client presents an exciting opportunity for an adept professional to join as an HR Generalist within the Luxembourg HR Team. This role entails a crucial position in furnishing advice, guidance, and labour law expertise to colleagues at the Luxembourg office. The role involves collaboration on regional and global HR initiatives, fostering robust partnerships with business associates.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage absence process: collate data, generate reports for internal/external use, address absence queries.
- Handle Lux HR Inbox: provide timely solutions, collaborate with HR BPs, and initiate proactive follow-ups.
- Document HR processes: maintain SOPs, process flow charts, and update colleagues with current HR procedures.
- Efficiently manage onboarding/offboarding, supporting new starter onboarding on a rotational basis.
- Organize annual training plan and sessions, ensuring INFPC reporting documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files, both physical and digital.
- Manage HR trackers, supporting the complete employee life cycle.
- Liaise with external payroll provider for monthly payroll changes.
**Your Profile**
- Business-related degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective prioritization abilities.
- Proficient at multitasking and proactive problem-solving.
- High integrity and confidentiality maintenance.
- Independent and collaborative; 2-4 years' HR experience preferred.
- Prior HR administration and generalist tasks experience.
- Proficient in Luxembourg labor law.
- Fluent in written and verbal English, working knowledge of French, other languages a plus.
