**Manager Accountant - Your responsibilities**:
- You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and reliable accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality services to our valued financial clients.
- Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Review and approve all accounting activities, including financial statements, reconciliations, and other related reports.
- Oversee audits and transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making processes.

**Manager Accountant - Your profile**:

- Hold at least a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- High experience **from 5 to 10 years with a specialization in SPV/Securitization management,** preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,** with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure, **meet tight deadlines,** and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
