Elle propose des formations sur mesure et une offre catalogue de plus de 1.200 formations se déclinant en 4 catégories et couvrant 21 domaines d’activités.
Partenaire de référence en matière de formation professionnelle continue, la House of Training accompagne et conseille les entreprises, leurs dirigeants et leurs collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs compétences et connaissances pour ainsi les préparer au mieux aux défis de l’avenir.
L’équipe pluridisciplinaire de la House of Training compte aujourd’hui 50 employés.

**1 TRAINING ADVISOR (M/F/X)**
**Service Cross Sectoral Skills**
**à temps plein et à durée déterminée de 7 mois renouvelable**
**VOTRE FUTURE EQUIPE**
Vous intègrerez une équipe de Training Advisors soudée et dynamique ayant pour tâche principale commune d’identifier les besoins en formation des acteurs économiques du marché luxembourgeois, de développer et proposer des programmes de formations adaptés aux besoins et de conseiller nos clients en leur proposant des solutions adaptées et qualitatives.
**VOTRE PROCHAINE MISSION**
Vous serez plus particulièrement en charge de:
- Cerner, comprendre et analyser les besoins / demandes des partenaires et bénéficiaires:
- Assurer la gestion administrative des formations (planification, coordination, encadrement, reporting, suivi des livrables liés aux audits ) ;
- Développer et gérer les relations avec les coachs, formateurs et partenaires ;
- Assurer l’ingénierie pédagogique, à savoir étudier, concevoir, réaliser, évaluer et adapter des formations répondant aux besoins des partenaires et bénéficiaires ;
- Collaborer aux projets/initiatives de la House of Training.
**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous disposez au minimum d’un Master ou d’une expérience équivalente;
- Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle continue;
- Vous êtes orienté client et capable de développer des relations durables avec les acteurs impliqués dans la formation;
- Vous disposez d’excellentes qualités organisationnelles et de communication;
- Vous disposez d’excellentes facultés d’expression écrite et orale des langues française et anglaise;
- La maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise et allemande ainsi qu’une expérience réussie en gestion de projet sont considérées comme de réels atouts
