**VIE International Fund Registration Officer - Luxembourg, H/F**

**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**

En tant que "Fund Registration Officer", vous rejoindrez une équipe de 3 personnes, où votre autonomie, votre expertise et votre état d'esprit positif seront valorisés. Nous participons à l'enregistrement des Fonds (UCITs, AIFs) dans les pays étrangers, et les maintenons enregistrés, conformément aux réglementations locales et aux évolutions du marché. L'enregistrement est la première étape pour permettre la distribution et la vente de notre gamme de produits en Europe et ailleurs.

**Vous avez pour principales missions de**:

- Suivre les demandes d'enregistrements reçus de nos Commerciaux, et assurer l'enregistrements des Parts, Fonds dans l'un de nos pays de couverture, via nos bureaux locaux, ou agents externes,
- Superviser la préparation et l'envoi des documents / formulaires pour finaliser les dossiers,
- Participer aux différents comités de suivi pour la préparation des événements sur Fonds,
- Mettre à jour nos bases de données et réconcilier les informations avec les bases de données externes,
- Assurer une veille sur les changements réglementaires avec nos agents externes (bureaux locaux, Avocats) et remonter l'information et actions requises au Management de BNP Paribas Asset Management Luxembourg.

Dans une équipe de 3 personnes, vous compris, l'équipe Enregistrement International s'assure de l'enregistrement des Fonds à l'étranger suite demande de nos Commerciaux, et également dans le cadre de projets de réorganisation de notre gamme de Fonds, comme les fusions ou liquidations de Fonds. Le poste permet d'échanger avec nos équipes en charge de ce type de projet, des juristes du Fonds aux équipes en charge de la stratégie.

Vous serez amené également à faire des analyses sur les réglementations locales en collaboration avec nos fournisseurs externes (bureau d'avocats à Luxembourg et en Asie, Auditeurs, autres entités BNPP dans le monde).

Une partie de votre quotidien comprendra la revue des Prospectus, KID PRIIPS des fonds pour valider les informations fournies dans les dossiers d'enregistrement ou de maintenance.

Cette expérience vous permettra de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement d'une société de gestion, et de suivre le lancement de Fonds et de mieux appréhender la vie sociale des Fonds. A la fin de la mission, vous aurez une connaissance étendue de comment marchent les Fonds à Luxembourg (mais aussi en France, et en Irlande), et quelles sont les contraintes lors de changement de stratégies, et de politique d'investissement.

**A vous de nous convaincre **

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master obtenu en université ou en école de commerce ou d'ingénieur avec une spécialisation en commerce/vente/négociation ou banque.

Vous disposez de solides connaissances financières et en gestion d'actifs et vous justifiez d'une expérience (stage et alternance inclus) dans un rôle similaire.

Vous parlez couramment anglais et français. Une connaissance du luxembourgeois serait un plus. et maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

De plus, votre adaptabilité et votre communication seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre rigueur, votre organisation et votre orientation client pour finir de nous convaincre.
