**Vos missions au quotidien**:
**Main task**: The Head of Fund Processing Services (FPS) has overall responsibilities for the servicing model and associated evolution of Luxembourg FPS business line in line with the strategy. This responsibility includes but is not limited to ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations, group policies, code of conduct, risk assessment, measurement of the activities and the contribution to all Internal & external audits.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Management of the headcount and the budgetary definition in accordance with HR, Finance, BPM and Senior Management of FSO/FPS. Defining these needs to respond to the requirements of the business. Ensuring successful project execution in co-operation with the transversal business partners/support units
- Management responsibilities over local teams in Luxembourg: Transfer Agent ensuring appropriate resilience to meet the needs of the business
- The Oversight functions over teams in India in accordance to the defined models + oversight mechanism as part of the PSEE requirements of the bank (example: VBS, SGGSC, SWIFT BBH)
- The supervision of sub-delegated functions on behalf of SGSS Ireland and SGSS Germany
- The ongoing maintenance and improvement of the execution of servicing activities of FPS Luxembourg including the support required for Germany, Ireland and other locations as the need arises
- The Head of FPS Luxembourg acts at all time as an escalation point for clients and for any operational activities in conjunction with the relevant client services teams

- Ensures visibility and establishes links with peers locally and transversally within SGSS and shares knowledge of trends in the market
- Thinks ‘out of the box’ and creates an environment allowing simplification, innovation and development of ideas through the change process to ensure evolution of the business.

**Operational skills**
- Advanced in English, proficiency in French
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Fund Distribution Services/ Financial Services Industry
- Excellent operational background in Fund Distribution Services (Transfer Agency) including Dealing, Clearing, NSCC, Client Queries, Registration, Reporting, Reconciliation & Claims, Commissions & Fees, Cash Processing
- Good Market Practice, Competitor and Fund operating Models Knowledge
- Degree qualification from a finance related discipline
- Knowledge of definition and implementation of strategies, change management, project management, client relationship, risk reduction, new product / client implementation
