Our job opportunity_**:
Today, we are currently recruiting **an Administrative Employee for Airport Circulation Permits - Fixed-term contract.**
**_
Your responsibilities_**
- **_Your daily tasks_**
- Ensuring the recording of access authorizations issued by the Police (Background Validation).
- Being responsible for the complete logístical organization of SATP awareness courses.
- Creating and issue TCA and airside driving permits.
- Managing the stock of blank, issued, and deactivated cards and follow up on all files from issuance to retrieval of TCA.

- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior**_
The required profile_**
- Studies / training_
Bac or relevant experience in a similar position- Experience_
Initial professional experience preferred- Skills and knowledge required_

- Mandatory:_
Microsoft Office suite
- **_Languages_**
Mandatory:
- French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English: advanced level (B2 minimum)
Nice-to-have:
- German / Luxembourgish: the knowledge of those languages would be an asset.
