Nous accompagnons notre partenaire, une fiduciaire à taille humaine située à quelques minutes de marche de la Gare de Luxembourg, dans la recherche d’un Corporate Officer dynamique et motivé.
Que pouvons-nous mettre en avant pour cette fiduciaire ? Premièrement, son esprit familial qu’elle a maintenu depuis sa création il y a plus de 5 ans. De plus, cette structure accompagne une clientèle financière de A à Z à tout niveau (service légal/corporate, comptabilité et fiscalité ) et a à cœur de proposer un service qualitatif.
Dans cette optique, la fiduciaire propose un bon encadrement à ses collaborateurs pour garantir l’accompagnement fait sur mesure au client, et surtout un épanouissement et une bonne ambiance à ses employés. Les associés de la fiduciaire ainsi que les managers sont très heureux de pouvoir transmettre leurs connaissances à la prochaine génération, et ils espèrent que leur futur collègue deviendra un vrai pilier dans la structure.

Vos responsabilités | Family Office - Fiduciaire - Corporate Officer - Legal
Vous prenez à votre charge un portefeuille clients (Holdings, Fonds d’investissement) que vous gérez de la constitution à la liquidation. De cette manière, vous avez une vue à 360° sur vos dossiers.
Vous préparez également les assemblées générales ordinaires et extraordinaires, et votre participation vous permettra notamment de rédiger les minutes.
Vous communiquez régulièrement avec le département comptable et serez responsable du dépôt/la publication des comptes annuels aux registres.
Profil et parcours | Family Office - Fiduciaire - Corporate Officer - Legal
Nous recherchons une personne ayant acquis un à six ans d’expérience en tant que Corporate/Legal Officer dans un établissement similaire (Fiduciaire, PSF, ManCo) au Luxembourg.
Vous vous exprimez avec aisance, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, en français et possédez un bon niveau d’anglais. Cela vous permet d’avoir une communication facile avec vos collègues et clients.
Vous êtes désireux d’apprendre et de développer vos connaissances, caractérisé par une ouverture d’esprit et un fort intérêt pour les matières Corporate alors nous vous invitons à postuler pour cette position qui saura vous satisfaire.

Suivant votre niveau d’expérience et profil, votre rémunération annuelle pourra atteindre les € 54 000 bruts, auxquels pourront s’ajouter des bonuset primes d’intéressement. Ainsi, vous pourrez bénéficier d’un confort de vie, vous permettant de consacrer davantage de budget à vos propres projets, envisager un avenir serein et confortable pour vous et vos proches.
En travaillant au sein de cette structure proche de la Gare de Luxembourg, vous pourrez prendre le train quotidiennement et ainsi diminuer vos frais d’essence.
Les heures supplémentaires sont rares et cela restera toujours limité, le but étant de proposer un confort de vie aux collaborateurs.
