**Description**
- Recevoir les demandes KYC ;
- Évaluer les informations à fournir, les compiler et les fournir à des tiers ;
- Enregistrer les informations envoyées au tiers ;
- Identifier et surveiller attentivement les entités de fonds au sein du RE ;
- Compiler et fournir les informations nécessaires à notre prestataire de services pour l'enregistrement de nouvelles entités ;
- Assurer les mises à jour en temps voulu pour l'enregistrement annuel des entités ;
- Identifier et surveiller les entités de fonds dans le registre UBO ;
- Évaluer et suivre les modifications apportées aux UBO, y compris la rédaction des DBO ;
- Collaborer avec les prestataires de services et l'équipe juridique luxembourgeoise pour faciliter l'enregistrement des UBO dans toutes les juridictions de l'UE ;
- Rédiger et maintenir à jour les DBO pour chaque entité ;
- Faciliter la circulation pour signature et distribuer les DBO finalisés ;
- Faire circuler pour signature et envoyer les organigrammes définitifs ;
- Rédiger / mettre à jour les lettres AML pour chaque entité ;
- Vérifier et discuter toute demande de modification de la part d'un tiers ;
- Faire signer les lettres AML ;
- Recueillir les signatures sur papier au Luxembourg pour les documents de la CSSF/AED ;
- Vérifier les mémorandums d'investissement préliminaires et finaux pour toutes les contreparties de KYC ;
- Vérifier toutes les annonces et tous les courriels de l'équipe pour toutes les contreparties de KYC ;
- Suivre le prestataire de services CDD afin que le travail soit fait dans les temps/suivi ;
- Examiner les questions du prestataire de services CDD et prendre position ;
- Examiner le rapport CDD final/mémo et faire remonter toute question/préoccupation importante en matière de KYC/AML ;
- Télécharger et exécuter le World Check ;
- Mettre à jour notre matrice interne de suivi des contreparties au fur et à mesure que le KYC est demandé/mise à jour/complété ;
- Travailler sur des projets ad hoc en relation avec le suivi des contreparties ;
- Effacer les courriels quotidiens de World Check / Faire remonter les problèmes éventuels au responsable principal et/ou à l'agent AML ;
- Vérifier et supprimer de World Check les informations sur les investisseurs et les contreparties qui sont anciennes ou non pertinentes.

**Profile**
- 3 ou 4 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
- Haut niveau d'auto-organisation, capacité à s'adapter au style de travail selon les besoins ;
- Bonne connaissance de l'environnement juridique luxembourgeois en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais ; d'autres langues, dont le français, seraient un atout ;
- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer les délais ;
- Capacité à développer des relations solides avec les parties prenantes et à assumer la responsabilité de ces relations.
