Avec une capacité de 642 lits, le CHEM est aujourd’hui non seulement le plus grand établissement hospitalier du Sud du Luxembourg, mais surtout un hôpital innovant aux valeurs humaines proche du citoyen. Ainsi, l’hôpital propose un plateau technique doté d’équipements de diagnostic et de traitement des plus performants ainsi qu’une équipe compétente offrant une prise en charge interdisciplinaire. 1900 collaborateurs et 265 médecins s’engagent sur les trois sites (Esch-sur-Alzette, Niederkorn et Dudelange) pour soigner plus de 144 000 patients par an.

Dans ce contexte, le CHEM recherche **un Gestionnaire Business Intelligence (M/F/d) pour son service Reporting et Controlling, en contrat à durée indéterminée et à temps plein.**

En tant que membre de la cellule Reporting et Controlling, le gestionnaire de données a pour mission de gérer les moyens, les outils et les méthodes qui permettent de collecter, consolider, modéliser et restituer les données matérielles ou immatérielles de l’hôpital en vue d’offrir une aide à la décision et de permettre à la Direction d’avoir une vue d’ensemble de différentes activités.

Le titulaire du poste a pour mission de gérer et d’assurer les développements des outils permettant l’analyse des systèmes d’information.

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer l'architecture technique de la plateforme BO ou d'autres outils BI
- Assurer l'administration de la plateforme BO ou d'autres outils BI (notamment en matière de sécurité et de droit d'accès)
- Réaliser, développer, concevoir, optimiser différents rapports ou travaux de reporting complexes, en lien avec son domaine d'activité
- Participer, conduire tout projet en lien avec son domaine d'activité
- Assurer le développement des univers BO ou d'autres outils BI
- Assurer le développement et gérer la base de données du DWH (en d'autres termes, évaluation des espaces et et optimisation des tables)
