**PROCESS TECHNICIAN (M/F)**

**Profile**:

- Bachelor or 2 years degree in mechanical or maintenance engineering diploma
- Practice of LEAN manufacturing is appreciated
- 2-5 years experience in an industrial environment is a plus
- Must have a process approach to trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Self-starter able work with limited supervision to maintain process quality
- Able to set up and maintain quality production standards
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with processing parameters.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in automotive industry
- Fluent English or French, German is an advantage
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledges

**Role**:

- Set up each tool prior to scheduled run, ensuring process parameters are met and part quality is acceptable
- Proposes and implement continuous improvement actions in close relation with production, maintenance, engineering, development and quality departments
- Participates in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program
- Participates in the development and the implementation of new processes for future products
- Participates in training to increase skills
- Report directly to Process Managers
