Are you detail-oriented, skilled with advanced optical systems, and excited about contributing to groundbreaking innovations in space technology? We are seeking a dedicated **Technician** to support the development and testing of our clients cutting-edge free-space optical communication systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Testing & Validation**: Assist in testing and validating free-space optical communication terminals in collaboration with the engineering team.
- **System Integration**: Perform assembly, integration, and testing of communication terminals with precision and accuracy.
- **Technical Support**: Contribute to the design, manufacturing, and testing of ground support equipment.
- **Procedural Development**: Assist in creating detailed assembly and testing procedures.
- **Documentation**: Prepare comprehensive documentation for technical reviews and reporting.

**What They’re Looking For**
- **Education & Experience**: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 3 years of experience.
- **Technical Expertise**: Hands-on experience with optical or photonic systems, laboratory equipment, laser safety, and cleanroom environments.
- **Production Knowledge**: Familiarity with production processes, especially in the space industry, is highly valued.
- **Adaptability with Tools**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams, or the ability to learn quickly.
- **Communication Skills**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with great interpersonal abilities.
- **Documentation Skills**: Proven experience in writing high-quality technical documentation.
- **Team Player**: Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team member who is fun to work with.
- **Citizenship Requirement**: Must hold citizenship from a member state of both the EU and NATO.
