Description du poste
- Assure la vente, l'organisation et le bon déroulement des manifestations du premier contact client à la facturation
- Sécurise le chiffre d'affaires séminaires et banquets dans le respect des procédures d'audits internes et de crédit management
- Participe activement aux tâches administratives du département Restauration

Offre au client une relation personnalisée tout en optimisant le CA
- Effectue le suivi de la qualité du service offert à la clientèle lors des séminaires et manifestations
- Participe à l'accueil et à la fidélisation du client
- Est présent auprès du client pendant toute la durée de la manifestation et s'assure de son bon déroulement
- Si besoin, traite les plaintes clients émanant de manifestations relatives à la restauration afin de maintenir de bonnes relations commerciales
- Connaît parfaitement l'offre séminaires et réunions de l'hôtel ainsi que les conditions tarifaires qui s'y rattachent
- Assure les visites et site inspections de l'hôtel aux clients et walk-in
- Etablit les offres selon les disponibilités, les saisons et l'infrastructure et relance les clients
- Rédige les fiches de fonction de la manifestation et les diffusent aux services concernés
- Entretient de bonnes relations avec de nombreux services de l'hôtel (hébergement, restauration, cuisine, technique...)
- Tient à jour et gère le fichier clients
- Participe à l'élaboration et à l'optimisation des plannings d'occupation des salles de réunion et espaces de restauration
- Veille aux commandes de matériel auprès des sous-traitants et à la décoration pour les évènements selon les souhaits des clients selon les budgets définis.
- Assure l'organisation et l’animation d'une réunion banquets hebdomadaire
- Contrôle la qualité des prestations offertes et vérifie qu'elles sont bien conformes au cahier des charges établies avec le client
- Etablit des comptes rendus qualitatifs avec le client à la suite de la prestation afin de savoir ce que l'on doit améliorer
- Est force de propositions sur les actions commerciales tout en respectant la politique tarifaire et les procédures de l'hôtel et de la marque

**Qualifications**:

- Master spécialisé/ BTS/ DUT/ Bac+2
- Expérience dans la restauration et/ou la vente
- Maitrise de la langue Française et Anglaise
- Expérience PMS OPERA et Delphi est un plus
- Aisance relationnelle
- Sens du service et du contact
