Context

High volume industrialization for eATS High voltage inverter MMA and EVA2 projects within Blonie High volume Final assembly line #1.

eATS MCU (Mid Cycle Update) B samples build, DFA/DFM (Design for Assembly/Design for Manufacturing) analysis and industrialization.

Project Description

The project is to work as an engineer within Luxembourg Global Manufacturing engineering team.
- Environmental and Transmission leak test optimization for test repeatability and test cycle. This work will be performed within Luxembourg model shop. This work will feed/serve the Final Assembly High volume line #1 project currently in execution.
- eATS MCU B samples build support and DFA/DFM analysis and feedback to Luxembourg Mechanical engineering team.
- High volume Final assembly line #1 Debug, Qualification support at machine suppliers and Blonie.
- Good knowledge in mechanical engineering
- Autonomy within execution of engineering activities/tasks
- Hands on and able to work in model shop, machine supplier and production facility
- Written and spoken English
