As a Legal and Corporate Manager, you will be responsible for an extensive and diversified portfolio of clients in the areas of private equity, real estate, and both institutional and private clients. You will report to the Associate Director and the Managing Directors directly.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Acting as a first point of contact for our clients, you will manage the co-ordination and end-to-end life cycle of all clients’ requests and all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up liquidation, including:
Transactions, statutory requirements, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions,
- Ensure all clients are in good standing across all aspects of legal, corporate, and financial.
- Administration/documentation as well as regulatory compliance and governance at every stage

of the transaction life cycle of the companies.
- Assist clients and team members through complex legal/corporate issues by guiding them on

legal regulatory Luxembourg environment as well as referring to legal advisors when appropriate.
- Participate and/or take the lead during board meetings and clients’ meetings.
- Take up directorship mandates in clients’ companies if requested.
- Assist the Associate Director and the Managing Directors in the billing process and debt collection.
- Supervise the daily work of team members and coach them in their development, sharing expertise /experience/knowledge.
- Supervise a varied and wide client portfolio within the timescales set and agreed upon, investigating, and suggesting enhancements where necessary, ensuring timely and effective client care.

**Your profile**:

- A degree (minimum BAC+3 or equivalent) in law or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position such as a law firm, accounting firm, or fiduciary with a strong exposure to PE/RE.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate law as well as the legal and administrative requirements in Luxembourg industry regulations.
- Organized, open-minded, flexible, work as a team player and client focused.
- Good knowledge of standard computer tools including Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English, plus any other languages is an asset.
- Dynamic, proactive, organized, and rigorous with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work individually as well as with the team depending on the day-to-day requirements.
