**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg**, we are currently looking for an **End-To-End Transformation Project Management Office Manager **who will report to the End-to-end Transformation Manager. In this position you will support the Project Leader in projects’ operational work.

**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will support the Project Leader in the projects operational work (e.g., agenda, pushing for respecting timing, coordinating streams, meeting report, etc.).

Moreover, you will support in coordinating project streams of responsibilities, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of different project phases, respecting budget, time, and quality requirements. You will involve and provide updates to the Project Leader and all relevant stakeholders

In terms of **Project Planning**, you will develop project operating plan according to project scope, objectives, and approach, defining activities, timing, responsibility for the different streams highlighting milestones and deliverables. In addition, you will discuss project plans and update the project leader accordingly.

In relation to **Project Development**, you will cascade the project plan for the different streams to stream leaders while you will coordinate the project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases. In addition, you will ensure the implementation of projects according to project plan involving matter experts when necessary. In this phase, you will support the implementation of best practices sharing these throughout the different streams and teams, facilitating thus the required change management while moving from project to process.

With regards to **Project Monitoring**, you will monitor the state of work in terms of deliverables and timings, checking project objectives’ feasibility and providing recommendations of proper actions to be taken to tackle project issues. In relation, you will provide periodical consolidated information to the project leader.

Last but not least, in **Project Accounting** you will be responsible for collecting information on project costs and benefits. You will provide information on the monthly consolidation vs budget/forecast/plans, giving visibility to all stakeholders involved.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your** master’s degree in Economics or Engineering**, and **6-9 years of experience in Project Management, Project Management Office teams **gained in **FMCG **and/or in **consulting **companies.

On top of this, the key to your success will be your **strong planning** and **project management skills **in complex projects with multiple streams in multinational and complex environments.

**Knowledge of Material management and Production Planning tools **is a plus and will help you meet your role’s objectives.

Having acquired **previous work experience in an Industrial/SC environment of the Food Industry** while dealing with **change management,** will contribute to your understanding and success in the role.
