The PMO is in charge of managing projects and programs within the portfolio and responsible for tracking/reporting, assurance/quality control, information management, risk/issue tracking, change control, support and knowledge management.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Governance & Control
- Maintain awareness of standards (governance and project) across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables
- Manage project repository including project templates (technical and management)
- Attend Post Project Review meetings
- Follow-up of the administrative project Lifecycle (Planning, Reporting & Control, project documentation, project staff booking and deliverables)
- Work with the Service Design and Transition Manager to develop the IT Project Standards guide, seeking contributions from Project Managers, QA Team, Development Team and Service Operation Manager to ensure that the Standards meet best practice
- Manage communications from the PMO mailbox including regular reporting cycle requests
- Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review
- Prepare and distribute monthly portfolio level reports
**Your responsibilities when providing project support include**:
- Pre-Project
- Supporting the definition of small/medium projects (scope, goals, deliverables, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones)
- Ensuring pre-scope project plan is communicated to all project stakeholders together with their individual responsibilities
- Providing effective management support to project teams on small to medium sized projects, or assisting Project Managers on streams of other large projects
- Co-ordination of publication, review and sign-off of major Project Management deliverables
- Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and resource utilisation is monitored
- Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to the Project Board and all stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
- Experience of working within a structured project management framework
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, Powerpoint, Word and Excel
- Fluent in English (at least B2 Level)
- Eager to work in a dynamic multi-national environment with a strong customer focus:

- A disposition to take responsibility
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Structured, methodical and very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and flexible team player
