**BlackRidge Group is hiring for one of her clients in Luxembourg a TEAM / LEADER LAMINATION**
**Team Leader/ Lamination (f/m/d)**
**Role**:
- Direct and supervise production operators.
- Develop versatility in the team to adapt it to customer needs.
- Monitor safe work behaviors for all team members, monitor unsafe working conditions or behavior to Plant leadership as needed, respect of existing rules.
- Provide leadership and direction to employees, to influence positively their behavior, to continuously improve their know-how and knowledge and to reinforce the message of ownership and responsibility.
- Deploy Lean tooling in order to get Lean thinking.
- Assist the team in meeting the quality, yield, volume objectives set by Plant leadership, in close cooperation with Learning & Development.
- Lead improvement actions to reduce customer claims.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in the same role, in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Accept Shift work.
- Knowledge in logistics, inventory and process control is mandatory.
- LEAN mindset and knowledge.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French; German and English are a strong asset.
- Effective ability to lead and direct others.
- Self-motivated and proactive at completing tasks in a timely manner.
