**Lux-Advisory **is a company specialized in project management and business analysis. Our consultants take part in European or
International projects. To support the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for an **Recruitment Consultant.**

**Mission**
In support of the Talent Management team within the HR and Organisation division, the Consultant will provide the following
services:

- In collaboration with the Team Lead, Talent Management, recruit suitable profiles (staff members, secondees, interim

agents and trainees) in line with the 2023 target headcount and available budget
- Identify recruitment needs and short/medium-term workforce plan
- Support kick-off meetings with hiring managers to explain and decide on the selection process (optional recorded

interviews, standard vs in-house tests, composition of the selection panel etc.) and define the profile of the ideal

- Review job adverts: consistency with the employment grade and core competencies, non-discriminatory text, overall

clarity, etc.
- Select appropriate diversified and targeted sourcing channels (company website, newspapers advertisements, job

boards, social medias, etc.) to post job openings
- Handle internal communication supports to promote job openings with the help of the Talent Management Assistant
- Coordinate the organisation of video and face-to-face interviews with Team Assistants with the help of the Talent

Management Assistant
- Collect feedbacks from the selection panel with the support of the Talent Management Assistant and organise

calibration meetings with interviewers, when needed
- Make sure that the applicants’ database is up-to-date and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities
- Coordinate and manage the involvement of interim agencies, if necessary
- Ensure consistency and compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques
- Promote the client’s branding and help identify appropriate and creative ways to attract diverse Talents
- Support sourcing activities and events; Coordinate and ensure all associated administrative activities with support from

the Talent Management Assistant
- Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment practices and procedures, including the enhancement and further

integrations of the new recruitment system
- Contribute to relevant Talent Management projects such as the roll-out and follow-up of engagement surveys at

organisational level, and DEIB initiatives
**Skills**
**Technical skills**:

- University degree or equivalent, a specialisation in Human Resources, Finance or Economics. At least 3 years of

experience in a similar role, ideally recruiting financial profiles and/or economists
- Demonstrated familiarity with standard concepts and practices related to recruitment activities
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- IT literacy - highly proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good understanding of the operational environment of a financial institution or a public international institution would

be an asset
- Certified user of Hudson’s Business Attitudes Questionnaires and other equivalent assessment tools would be an asset
- Hands-on experience working with Oracle Recruiting Cloud would be an asset
- Excellent oral and written English skills is required, any other language skills are considered an asset
