**The Role**

This is a full-time role based in our Luxembourg office. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Luxembourg team which is responsible for the Luxembourg entities holding and financing investments across multiple strategies and jurisdictions.

You will work closely with the broader Accounting and Operations teams located across multiple jurisdictions, which are responsible for supporting Sixth Street investing activities across the globe for our private credit/equity, hybrid, and liquid credit funds. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team in a fast-spaced, entrepreneurial work environment.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Review accounting output from service providers within quarterly and annual closing cycles
Review, prepare and present information during quarterly board meetings
Drive the relationship with service providers and monitor service delivery and quality
Assist with ensuring that the documentary support for the accounts is prepared on a timely basis and that the files are complete
Understand the underlying investment structures and investment terms to ensure accurate accounting and reporting
Identify and help solve critical accounting and reporting issues
Assist with the annual and quarterly audit process
Partner with investing professionals, outside and internal counsel, tax, operations, and compliance professionals ensuring good cross-functional communication and coordination throughout the investing process
Monitor entity compliance across portfolio including statutory filing requirements, corporate tax and VAT returns
Assist the bank transfer and cash management process
Oversee with entity expense reporting and analysis
Proactively develop and maintain efficient internal controls and business processes
Participate in a wide variety of special projects, both operational and financial

**What We Value**
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Luxembourg in accounting functions ideally in (a combination of) service providers, audit firms or other asset management firms
In depth knowledge and working experience with LuxGAAP and Luxembourg entity structures.
Knowledge of other GAAPs would be an advantage but not a requirement
Strong English verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
**Preferred**
- Fluency in English required, French/German considered an asset
Professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CPA, etc) would be an advantage but not required
