China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., founded in 1987, is China’s first joint-stock commercial bank which has been ranked among China’s top commercial banks for many consecutive years. CMB Luxembourg Branch was set up in March 2015 and acts as the gateway and regional headquarter of CMB group in Continental Europe. In May 2021, China Merchants Bank started the subsidies-China Merchants Bank (Europe) S.A. in Luxembourg.

Business / Data Analyst Intern
**Working field**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in gathering and analysing system requirements that specify how a business system supports/enables work activity in a business process;
- Assist in the implement of databases, data collection systems, data analytics, etc.
- Assist in identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets;
- Assist in the preparation of accounting and regulatory reporting systems setting up or optimization in terms of collecting historical invoices for fixed assets and archiving electronically.
- Assist in assets and liability management.
- Assist in T24 Data quality review and analysis and FRS implementation regarding gap analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Profile:
- Master degree in Computer Science / Finance / Accounting / Mathematics / Management or Economics, the trainee must be enrolled in a university program and can do a 6-month internship with an internship agreement of the trainee's school program (mandatory internship).
- Excellent in both English and Chinese, fluent in German or French is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel is required, good at Microsoft office.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Motivated, good at providing innovative ideas and comfortable working under pressure.
- Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards of excellence and integrity.
- Ability to work autonomously and can be team player.
