Fund Services Manager Nav Ops

J.P. Morgan Fund Services provides services including fund accounting, fund administration, Investment Operations, and Transfer Agency to mutual and pension funds. The Net Asset Value Oversight Operations team is a department within the EMEA Fund Services Operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing a delegated operating model.
- Complex off boarding/ on boarding of large fund accounting teams.
- Ensuring that production is appropriately planned, and resourcing issues are addressed.
- Risk Management and managing the issues exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution.
- Managing and initiating re-engineering projects to continually improve efficiency while maintaining the service standards of the team.
- Leading and participating in site wide initiatives.
**Required experience, qualifications, capabilities and skills**:
- 13-15 years of extensive experience in a Fund Accounting environment
- Strong leadership skills within a large team environment with the ability to set high standards and focus the team on achieving & improving on them
- Experienced in dealing with clients & very senior management
- Proven experience in and an understanding of distributed operating model and constituent parts
- Extensive experience in off boarding/ on boarding complex work process
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in working in a fast paced and demanding environment
**Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills**:
- Risk control and procedure orientated
- Analytical, judgment and prioritisation skills
- Invest One knowledge advantageous, but not essential
- Proficiency in usage of intelligent automation tools
