**What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?**

You will be responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts, territory, or product(s).

You will focus on growing and developing new business; will proactively call and engage partners to grow sales for assigned accounts and rebuilding of underpenetrated and neglected relationships with Arrow customers.

This position will call on customers; provide product information, and follow-up on quotes to close business for Arrow. You will identify, enable and develop high-potential and non-repeat partners. You will determine and understand customers' requirements for Arrow product offerings and services, translate products and promotions into benefits for a customer, provide alternative products and solutions.

You will serve as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), vendor resources and customers, demonstrating a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers' behalf, anticipating our customers' requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner.

Demand Generation and Customer Opportunity Support: You will generate leads and follows-up on leads obtained through suppliers and Arrow internal sources, qualify prospects, analyze sales potential, and then prioritize high-return opportunities for further attention/investment.

Quote and Order Preparation: You will process quotes for specified customers and/or quote revisions for mass price changes, program changes or part changes. You will prepare orders, from quote work if applicable, for submission based on receipt of the customers' purchase orders ensuring that all required information for accurate processing is included.

**What are we looking for?**
- You have experience in a similar position within **IT channel sales**:

- A full **driving license** and readiness to travel across Luxembourg
- Fluency in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
- Effective communication with people at all levels
- Natural propensity to adopt a structured approach i.e. managing time in the office and on the road, determining who key decision makers are and the dynamics of the sales of complex projects.
- Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts including working with alliance vendors.
- Problem solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.

This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
