**About the Role**:
For our Global Luxembourg Headquarters, we are looking for a **Private Label Subject Matter Expert** to join our newly created Private Label Management team within our** Global Sales Business Development department.**

Leveraging on your expertise of Private Label Management, you will Support the **definition of the most effective business model for Private Label business management**, acting as Subject Matter Expert.

You will work on **external benchmarks, collect best practices, **in order todefine and analyze the possible **scenarios for Private Label development within the entire Ferrero Group**.

Continuously monitoring our Private Label businesses, you will support the Executive Chairman Strategic Function on **Post-Merge Commercial Integration **processes, focusing on Private Label.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Private Label Subject Matter Expert**
- Support Private Label Business Model guidelines definition, identifying the capabilities needed to win in the Private Label Business arena
- Support the Private Label development guidelines, in alignment with the Executive Chairman Strategic Function
- Act as Private Label Subject Matter Expert for the entire Group
- Support the definition and the development of the Private Label Group Governance and Ways of Working
- Support the definition of Private Label Playbook, embedding operations (I&S) and financial implications

**Private Label Benchmark and Best Practices**
- Collect the leading Private Label practices in the Sweet Package Food industry
- Collect Private Label management benchmarks and analyze the applicability to Ferrero model
- Define the possible scenarios, applicability, and impacts on the entire Ferrero Group
- Coordinate with the other Sales Business Development competencies with the aim to capture SBD capabilities knowledge to adapt to Private Label

**M&A: Support Executive Chairman Strategic Function in Post-Merge Commercial integration with Private Label focus**
- Support Post-Merge Commercial Integration planning and implementation in case of Private Label business in scope

**Who we are looking for**:

- 8+ years of experience;
- Relevant academic background (Bachelors, Masters, MBA or related);
- Previous experience in Retail and Private Label Management and/or similar strategic roles
- Previous experience in FMCG, CPG or related; experience in Sweet Packaged Food is a plus;
- Strategic global mindset;
- Influencing & Stakeholder Management skills;
- Strong ownership and ability to create a concept and follow up until the implementation;
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.

**IT**:

- MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.

**Languages**:

- English proficiency is a must; any additional language is a plus.
