- Avec près de sept milliards d’euros investis pour compte de nos clients et une expertise d’une vingtaine d’années sur cette classe d'actifs, l’équipe Private Equity de CA Indosuez Wealth Management dispose d'un accès privilégié à une centaine de gérants internationaux. Cela nous permet de sélectionner et proposer à une clientèle privée avertie et haut de gamme des investissements primaires et secondaires au travers de fonds et de co-investissements exclusifs.
- En collaboration avec notre société de gestion à Luxembourg et avec nos autres centres de compétences à Genève, Monaco, Paris et Singapour, vous participerez activement au déploiement renforcé d’une offre de Private Market (Buy Out, Private Debt, Real Assets) pour les grands clients internationaux d’Indosuez Wealth Management.

**Votre mission**:

- Manager d’une équipe, vous veillez à la mise en place et au renforcement de la plateforme intégrée de Private Equity de CA Indosuez Wealth (Groupe) dédiée aux investisseurs privés. Vous êtes le contact privilégié pour l’organisation du conseil et de l’assistance en matière de produits et de gestion. En relation avec le Responsable des Investissements, vous participez à l’adaptation de l’offre Groupe au spécificités locales ainsi qu’à la démarche commerciale.

Plus en détails vous:

- Encadrez l’équipe, organisez et développez l’activité dans une optique d’optimisation de sa rentabilité et de la performance du produit et du service ;
- Proposez des idées d’investissement au responsable mondial du produit et contribuez ainsi à développer et maintenir une offre Private Equity de qualité, que vous déployez au niveau d’Indosuez Wealth (Europe) et de ses succursales en Belgique, en Espagne et en Italie ;
- Assurez la promotion de la classe d’actifs et de l’offre private equity de la banque auprès des Wealth Manager et des clients ;
- Animez et développez le fonds de commerce clientèle en assurant la collecte de fonds et le suivi des portefeuilles d’investissements ainsi constitués ;
- Participez activement à la sélection des produits et à l’élaboration des stratégies d’investissement et des campagnes de marketing ;
- Coordonnez la souscription et le suivi des investissements avec les départements supports locaux (legal, compliance, administrateur de fonds), ainsi qu’avec les back et middle offices basés en Suisse.-

Master 2 Spécilaisation en finance d'entreprise
Minimum 7 ans d’expérience acquise en Private Equity, Corporate Finance, M&A, idéalement en banque privée
- Niveau d'expérience minimum
6 - 10 ans

- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des marchés et instruments financiers, des concepts, théories et évolutions macro-économiques. Vous disposez d’excellentes connaissances en Asset Management et Private Placing Agency, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions. Très bonnes connaissances des techniques de bilan et hors-bilan d’entreprise. - Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse, de rédaction et de présentation ainsi que d’une aisance relationnelle et orientation commerciale

- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances VBA, Excel, Access, Bloomberg, Reuters,
- Langues
Français et anglais courant. L'Italien est un atout
