**Job Description**:
- The Information Security Specialist is responsible for managing specific aspects of Information Security tasks at the Deutsche Bank Group level. The Information Security Specialist monitors and contributes to the implementation of the Information Security strategy together with line management.
- Roles within Information Security may cover one or more areas of specialty, e.g. Identity & Access Management (which may include, for example, authentication; access management & control; recertification etc.); Information Security (“IS”) Operations (which may for example include, cyber threat operations; cyber forensics, protection against data leakage etc.) and IS Technology (which may include IS architecture, IS engineering, cryptographic services etc.)
- The Luxembourg CISO is responsible for information Security relevant topics in Luxembourg. The Luxembourg CISO is the primary contact for Information Security related matters pertaining in Luxembourg and has detailed knowledge of the relevant business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support CISO and the Regional CISO EMEA (ex Germany and UKI) in cascading and implementing Information Security strategy in Luxembourg and provide country feedback to the Regional CISO.
- To ensure implementation of Information Security processes, identify gaps and realize Information Security initiatives and programs. This includes oversight of the implementation of lacking IS controls in Luxembourg, as well as supporting Information Security Incident Management as necessary and raising Information Security awareness in the country
- To monitor the local regulatory and legal environment, to capture new and changed requirements and to provide country feedback to the Regional CISO EMEA (ex. Germany and UK). In this process, compliance to local regulatory and legal requirements needs to be ensured, while acting as a main relationship body with respect to local management, regulators, government agencies, associations, industry groups, business and clients
- To develop and maintain local policies, if required, under the oversight of the Regional CISO EMEA (ex. Germany and UK) and in alignment with the Group’s and any relevant divisional or functional Information security policies to ensure consistency in IS rule setting
- To ensure local projects involve Information Security at project start, provide Information Security expertise and ensure participation of central CISO functions where necessary
Required Profile
- Excellent Information security skills, with strong knowledge of regulatory background in Luxembourg
- Luxembourg financial service organizations work experience are an advantage
- Very good communication and organization skills, independent and reliable working style
- Fluent in English, German or French an advantage
Essential Expertise
- 5+ years Information Security experience within the Luxembourg finance industry, including strong regulatory expertise
Desirable Expertise / Education
- CISM or CISSP Luxembourg financial service organizations work experience are an advantage
