L'équipe luxembourgeoise de service à la clientèle cherche à recruter un administrateur de service à la clientèle pour soutenir principalement la distribution des fonds d'investissement de notre client (MS INVF) et de ses autres fonds européens de manière plus générique.
Notre client est une société de services financiers internationale de premier plan qui fournit une large gamme de services de banque d'investissement, de valeurs mobilières, de gestion d'investissement et de gestion de patrimoine.
Au sein d'une équipe dédiée à l'ensemble des marchés où sont enregistrés les fonds européens, vous serez rattaché(e) au chef d'équipe. Vous serez principalement chargé(e) de fournir des services d'assistance et de gestion de la relation client à une série d'intermédiaires situés principalement en Italie (Espagne et Amérique latine) qui investissent dans l'INVF.
Les principales responsabilités de l'administrateur du service clientèle sont les suivantes, sans toutefois s'y limiter
- La prise en charge des clients intermédiaires. Travailler avec le service juridique/les ventes pour s'assurer que les accords de sous-distribution/lettres de rabais nécessaires sont en place. Il travaille également en étroite collaboration avec l'agent de transfert concerné pour la mise en place de nouveaux clients et le suivi des transitions initiales ;
- Assistance commerciale : assistance quotidienne aux clients sur les questions commerciales (téléphone, courriel, correspondance) ; assistance sur le traitement des transactions importantes, corrections de transactions, etc ;
- Suivi de la non-réception de l'argent des souscriptions et d'autres montants non réconciliés, ainsi que des réclamations relatives aux retards de paiement et aux transactions ;
- Comprendre le processus de rémunération et travailler en étroite collaboration avec le contrôleur financier pour s'assurer que les paiements de commissions sont effectués en temps voulu ;
- Responsable de tous les aspects du reporting client, y compris les informations sur les prix, les rapports d'investissement, les rapports de données statiques, etc.
- participer, le cas échéant, à des projets et à des initiatives au sein du service clientèle de Funds Operations.
- L'administrateur du service clientèle mettra à profit ses compétences techniques en matière d'Excel pour préparer l'examen des factures des fournisseurs/clients par rapport aux systèmes propriétaires. Pour ce faire, il devra se familiariser avec les formules de visualisation et les fonctions de pivotement d'Excel.
**Profile**
L'administrateur du service clientèle devra établir des relations étroites avec un certain nombre de collègues, notamment l'administration des fonds, la gestion des produits et le groupe des contrôleurs financiers, afin de garantir l'adoption de bonnes pratiques cohérentes pour soutenir tous les fonds européens de notre client.
- Il doit avoir une expérience préalable du service à la clientèle au sein d'un agent de transfert ou d'une société de fonds communs de placement ;
- Il est attendu de lui qu'il ait de bonnes capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps, ainsi que des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication et de présentation.
- La maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne (c'est-à-dire le français ou l'allemand) est préférable, de même qu'une connaissance avancée des logiciels de bureautique (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- La structure juridique d'un fonds européen (SIF, SICAV, OEICs) ;
- Une compréhension des rôles des différents prestataires de services associés à ce produit ;
- Une expérience préalable des exigences en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent associées à ce type de produit, y compris les exigences des clients dans les pays non GAFI et les règles de placement privé ;
- une compréhension de la législation sur les fonds européens.
