**About the Role**:
Ferrero Luxembourg headquarters is looking for a **Digital Marketing Program Manager (12-month contract)** to join the Digital team and support the Kinder Digital Marketing Manager.
In this team you will be a key part in driving **digital innovation at Ferrero** and directly observe the impact of your work on consumers.
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this position, you will **contribute to the development and implementation of the Global digital strategy** for key Ferrero brands and lead the governance of games, apps and websites in close cooperation with markets and external agencies. Furthermore, you will oversee the rollout, maintenance, and performance tracking of digital products.
You will coordinate key content production projects - i.e. game developers or UX designers - aligned with brand guidelines and content strategy. You will also supervise and validate quality assurance and testing activities (e.g. UX focus groups, researches).
In this capacity, you will liaise with several stakeholders both internally (Marketing, IT, PR, Media, Legal departments) and externally (digital agencies, universities, content production studios).
Finally, this role will allow you to exercise your analytical skills. You will evaluate online trends, media and market research and demographic data to deliver actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will measure and optimize performance of projects using appropriate systems, tools and techniques to drive impactful change.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring knowledge from a **degree in Marketing or equivalent**, combined with **around 3 years** of experience in digital marketing at a digital development agency or companies with a strong expertise in the digital industry.
Lastly, you will interact with different stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle thanks to your strong English communication and influencing skills.
